International Workshop on ADVANCEs in ICT Infrastructures and Services

ICT technologies and more particularly novel networking, computing and service infrastructures are drastically changing our society in all its dimensions. These advances have not only an impact on the way people are working but also on the way they are interacting, learning, educating, playing and so on. How these technologies do respond to the societal needs and how they should evolve to respond to future needs of the digital society are crucial aspects to discuss. After the successful organization of the 1st ADVANCE workshop in 2012 in Canoa Quebrada (Brazil), the 2nd ADVANCE Workshop 2013 in Morro de Sao Paulo (Brazil), the 3rd ADVANCE Workshop 2014 in Miami (USA), the 4th ADVANCE workshop 2015 in Recife (Brazil), this 5th edition of ADVANCE workshop 2017 will be hel in the city of Evry Val d'Essonne (Paris area, France) with the collaboration of the University of Evry Val d'Essonne and the IBISC research laboratory. The aim is to sustain the effort of scientific collaborations bringing together practitioners and researchers from both academia and industry and all over the world in order to have a forum for discussion and technical presentations on latest theoretical and technological advances.

The technical program of ADVANCE’2017 will be organized in several tracks addressing specific topics in ICT. Each session will include a keynote talk, refereed paper presentations, and discussion sessions.
