Registration

Registration to ADVANCE'2020 workshop is mandatory for all participant authors. The registration fees are kept as low as possible to cover only the workshop organisation expenses.

Each accepted paper must have at least one registration attached to it. Full papers should have FULL or REGULAR registration attached to it.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or REGULAR registration is valid for one Full or Short paper and one additional Short paper (from the same author). All registrations must be done before December 22th, 2019. It is expected that the registration is done in the name of the author who will present the paper at the workshop (if not please notify TPC chairs to indicate the author presenting the paper).

All accepted papers are expected to have a presenter attending the conference.

The organizers need 1 working days to handle credit card charges and minimum 10 working days to receive bank transfers.

  • (1) FR - Full Registration Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses access , Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Banquet (on Monday Evening).
  • (2) RR - Regular Registration Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses access, Coffee breaks, Lunches.
  • (3) LASR - Academia and Student Registration (from Mexico  only): Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short Courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches (*Not applicable to validate Full Paper registration*)
Official paiement and participation certificats will be provided to all registered participants. All papers should be presented by the authors to be included in the ADVANCE 2020 proceedings (with ISBN).
  • Full Registation (FR) (200US$/180Euros/3907MX + service fees).
  • Regular Registration (RR) (180US$/160Euros/3373MX + service fees).
  • Student Registration (SR) (50US$/45Euros/977MX + service fees)
Limited on-site registration will be available (service fees will still apply in this case, pre-registration is however mandatory by notifying chairs (advance2020@easychair.org).
