Registration
Registration to ADVANCE'2024 workshop is mandatory for all participants. The registration fees are kept as low as possible to cover only the workshop organization expenses.

Each accepted paper must have at least one registration attached to it. All Full papers should have FULL or REGULAR registration attached to them.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or REGULAR registration is valid for one Full or Short paper and one additional Short paper (from the same author). All registrations must be done before indicated deadlines. It is expected that the registration is done in the name of the author who will present the paper at the workshop (if not please notify TPC chairs to indicate the author presenting the paper).

All accepted papers are expected to have a presenter attending the conference.

Students (registered in any Vietnamese university, institute or school and not validating a full paper) will be offered a special student registration fees to register  (and validating a short paper) and attend/presenting during the workshop.

Official payment and participation certificates will be provided to all registered participants. All papers should be presented by one author to be included in the ADVANCE 2024 proceedings and HAL (for full papers).

Limited on-site registration will be available (service fees will still apply in this case, registration is however mandatory. authors should select on-site payment).

The organizers need 1 working day to handle credit card charges and minimum 10 working days to receive bank transfers.

  • (1) FR - Full Registration for academia Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Banquet, (on Monday Evening).
  • (2) RR - Regular Registration for academia Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches.
  • (3) IR - Industrial Registration for industry and private organizations  (not academia) Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Banquet, (on Monday Evening).
  • (4) SR - Student Registration (author): Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short Courses, Coffee breaks and Lunches (*Not applicable to validate a Full Paper registration*). 
  • (5) LAR - VNU Limited Academia Registration (not a co-author): Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short Courses, Coffee breaks and Lunches.
  • (6) WSR - VNU Waived Student Registration (WSR) (not a co-author) (available starting from 20/02/2024) : Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short Courses.
Official payment and participation certificates will be provided to all registered participants. All papers should be presented by the authors to be included in the ADVANCE 2024 proceedings (with ISBN).

  • (4) Student Registration (SR) (50Euros/~55US$ + service fees if applicable)
    (5) VNU Limited Academia Registration (LAR) (not a co-author) (100Euros$/~110US$+service fees if applicable)
  • (6) VNU Waived Student Registration (WSR) (not a co-author) (available starting from 20/02/2024)
