Registration
Registration to ADVANCE'2026 workshop is
mandatory for all participants. The registration fees are kept
as low as possible to cover only the workshop organization
expenses.
Each accepted paper must have at least one registration attached to it. All Full papers should have FULL or REGULAR registration attached to them.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one
FULL or REGULAR registration is valid for one Full or Short
paper and one additional Short paper (from the same author).
All registrations must be done before indicated deadlines. It
is expected that the registration is done in the name of the
author who will present the paper at the workshop (if not
please notify TPC chairs to indicate the author presenting the
paper).
All
accepted papers are expected to have a presenter attending the
conference.
Students
(registered in the Federal University of Santa Catarina and
not validating a full paper) will be offered a special
student registration fees to register (valid for short
paper registration) and attend/presenting their contribution
during the workshop.
Official
payment
and participation certificates will be provided to all
registered participants. All papers should be presented by one
author to be included in the ADVANCE 2026 proceedings and HAL
(for full papers).
Limited on-site registration will be available (service fees
will still apply in this case, registration is however
mandatory. authors should select on-site payment).
The
organizers need 1 working day to handle credit card charges
and minimum 10 working days to receive bank transfers.

Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses,
Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Banquet (on Tuesday
Evening).
- (2) RR - Regular Registration for academia Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches.
- (3) IR - Industrial Registration for industry and private organizations (not academia) Includes: Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks, Lunches and Conference Banquet, (on Wednesday or Thursday Evening).
- (4) SR - Student Registration (author): Technical Sessions, Conference material, Short Courses, Coffee breaks and Lunches. (*Not applicable to validate a Full Paper registration*).
- (1) Full Registration (Academia) (FR) (275Euros/~297US$+service fees if applicable)
- (2) Regular Registration (Academia) (RR) (225Euros/~147US$+service fees if applicable)
- (3) Industrial Registration (Industry) (IR) (550Euros/594US$+service fees if applicable)
- (4) Student Registration (Academia) (SR) (50Euros/~55US$+service fees if applicable)
- Additional Gala dinner ticket/special activities (if not included in the registration): (50 Euros/55 US$)
- Addition 30 Euros will be charged after early
registration deadline.
- A limited number of
Special Low Rates Registrations will be
provided "on-request"
for Local Students and Local Academia
(*Not applicable to validate a Full Papers
registration). It Includes: Technical Sessions,
Conference material, Short-courses, Coffee breaks,
